If rumors are correct, the Apple Watch Series 7 could be the biggest ever design change to Apple Watch. That's because we're hearing multiple reports that Apple plans to ditch the current design in favor of a squarer, boxier, iPhone 12-like chassis.

As noted recently by Mark Gurman, Apple is going to offer "a bit of a redesign with flatter displays." Earlier this year, Jon Prosser shared renders based on the upcoming rumored design that shows something a bit more drastic:

As the images show, Apple Watch Series 7 looks set to do away with the curved sides we've seen since Apple Watch first arrived. They'll be replaced with a squared-off design, says Jon Prosser, giving the wearable a much more boxy look. That boxy look fits in with existing devices that have seen similar refreshes, including iPhone 12 and iPad Air. If the leaks are accurate, this will be the biggest change to Apple Watch yet.

Yet not everyone is convinced about the prospect of a redesign. From our own Luke Filipowicz this week:

If the renders we have seen with this new flat design turn out to be true, I worry that it may make the Apple Watch even more uncomfortable to wear, especially during activities... This alleged redesign doesn't fix this. On the contrary, the square-ish design of the Apple Watch has always made your wrist contend with a flat edge that presses up against it at times, and this design looks like it may make that problem even worse.

Luke noted that there are benefits to this rumored design change, and I agree, but what do the people think. In our poll this week, we want to know if you like the prospect of the upcoming redesign, based on the rumors and renders seen here. Will this be the best Apple Watch ever? Or is it a flop?
